Two Setup Options

Option 1: Upload from Excel

If you already track climber data in a spreadsheet, this is the fastest approach. Do your calculations in Excel, upload the file, and the leaderboard is created automatically. Re-upload whenever rankings change.

After creating the leaderboard, click Appearance to customize the look — themes, colors, and layout. See the customization guide for details.

Option 2: Build It Directly

For simpler setups with a single score per climber or team, create the leaderboard from scratch:

  1. Click the button above and fill in the basics.
  2. Add climber names and optionally upload logos or emojis.
  3. Click "CREATE LEADERBOARD" and you're live.

Update scores directly on the platform from any device. Premium users can upload a custom gym logo — use PNG with a transparent background for best results.

Sharing with Your Community

  1. Click Share in the toolbar.
  2. Expand Share presentation link for a link anyone can access.
