Is Leaderboarded Free?

Yes! Basic features are completely free.

Plus plan unlocks

  • More participants - Up to 100 participants per board (free: 25)
  • Remove branding - Hide the "Leaderboarded.com" watermark for a clean, professional look
  • Custom colors & logos - Customize colors and upload logos to match your brand
  • Increased board limits - Create more boards simultaneously

Pro plan additionally unlocks

  • Even more participants - Up to 500 participants per board
  • Website widget - Add your leaderboard as a live, ad-free widget on your own website
  • Capture participant data - Collect additional information from participants like email addresses, organization names, and custom fields for data export
  • Profile images - Upload photos for each participant
  • Custom CSS - Full styling control to match your brand

Note: Participant limits apply to manually-managed boards only. Spreadsheet Import and Google Sheets boards have no participant limit.

Accessing Payment Receipts

To view and download your payment receipts:

  1. Click Account at the top right of any page
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll to the Order History section

If you have made any payments, you'll see a complete list of all your past transactions.

Click the View Receipt button next to any payment to open the receipt in a new tab, where you can view, print, or save it for your records.

Note: Some older receipts from previous payment systems may no longer be available for download.

Requesting a Quote

If you need a custom quote for your organization, we're happy to help! Simply send us an email with your specific requirements and we'll provide you with a personalized quote.

Procurement Forms & Tax Compliance

If your organization requires procurement forms or tax documentation (such as W-8BEN-E), our payment processor Paddle manages all tax compliance and can provide the necessary documentation.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Click Account (top right)
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Click Cancel your subscription

Note: You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
